Maximum startup age: 7 years
R&D-based model
Minimum level: TRL-4
Investment plan with a term of up to 24 months
R&D activity in Argentina

Submission of Minimum Required Documentation

The startup submits its application by providing the required information, as specified in the Calls for Applications section.

Eligibility Review

The Innova CFI team evaluates compliance with the formal, commercial, and financial criteria set forth in the terms and conditions.

Eligibility Confirmation

Applicants are notified whether or not their project has been approved at this stage. Eligible projects advance to the Due Diligence stage.

Due Diligence

A comprehensive evaluation of the applicant and the project is conducted, including technical, commercial, financial, economic, and legal aspects, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the terms and conditions.

Investment Offer and Execution of Agreements

For approved projects, investment terms are presented. If the startup accepts the proposal, the respective agreements are signed.

Investment

Disbursement of funds in accordance with the provisions of the investment agreement.
